Why Wonderful Wheat is not a ninth requirement
Wonderful Wheat is a guaranteed reward from Mosstrosity. It is linked to the same route, but the door check counts the eight collection talismans only, so the requirement is always shown out of eight.

Why can't I find the Glowstone Flask room?
The Deep Dark room is procedural and may not generate in a given run. Start another dungeon run and search the side rooms again.
Why can't I find Ocelot's Paw?
Ocelot's Paw comes from a procedural Sift rift room. If the room did not generate, start another rift run and search again.
Do procedural talisman rooms spawn every run?
No. The three procedural rooms are not guaranteed, and no exact spawn rate or guaranteed number of runs is established.
Do I need to equip the secret talismans?
No equip requirement is established. Collecting the eight secret talismans is the known trigger for the door.
Do I need to level up the talismans?
