Quick answer
Monstrosity Horns is a guaranteed reward from The Redstone Monstrosity Revived, and it can also drop when Redstone Helmet rolls as a Unique in 3 eligible regions.
Monstrosity Horns is the Unique transform of Redstone Helmet. These regions contain Redstone Helmet in their recovered regional item pool, so a Unique roll on Redstone Helmet can produce Monstrosity Horns.

Unique base mapping
Monstrosity Horns is reached through Redstone Helmet, not through its own region pool entry.
- Redstone Helmet must be in the region's item pool.
- The drop must roll as Unique rarity.
- That Unique roll transforms {base} into Monstrosity Horns.
Requirements
- Complete The Redstone Monstrosity Revived.
- The guaranteed reward is tied to first completion, not to repeated runs.
- The base item Redstone Helmet must roll as Unique.
- Easy difficulty cannot produce Special or Unique random drops.
- The item is random regional loot, so the drop must select it from the region pool.
- Eligibility depends on Redstone Helmet being in the pool, not on the Unique being listed separately.

Source types
- Quest reward
- A quest explicitly awards this item. First-clear rewards are not repeatable farms.
- Region loot
- The item is in a region's random loot pool, so it can drop while playing there.
- Artifact region pool
- The artifact is in a region's recovered artifact pool.
- Artifact quest source
- The artifact is recorded on a quest. Repeatability is not confirmed.
- Secret collection
- Collected through a secret route or collection, not through normal loot.
- Secret reward
- A fixed reward for completing a secret objective.
Community farming notes
Players report fast routes such as repeatable boss fights, checkpoint resets and Soul Storms for Unique hunting. These reports change between patches and are not part of the verified source graph.
Community report — not production truth. Use it as a lead, then confirm with the sources above.
Exact rarity odds live on another page
This page answers whether a source can give the item at all. Difficulty, Threat and Source Type change Common, Rare, Special and Unique rarity odds, and that is a separate question.
Open Drop OddsHow to read this page
Sources are ordered by certainty, not by estimated speed: a guaranteed award of the exact item first, then repeatable confirmed sources, then eligible regional random pools. A region "covering" an item means the item is in that region's recovered pool; it never means a specific probability.
Farm Finder FAQ
Where do I get a specific item in Minecraft Dungeons 2?
Search the item above. The result lists its guaranteed sources first, then every region whose recovered loot pool contains the item or the base item it rolls from.
Where do Unique items drop?
Uniques are not separate region-pool entries. A Unique drops where its base item is in the pool and the drop rolls as Unique rarity, so its eligible regions are the base item's regions.
How do I farm Hunter's Hatchet?
Hunter's Hatchet is the Unique form of Axe. Farm the regions that contain Axe in their pool and raise your Unique rarity odds, or check whether a guaranteed reward exists for it first.
Can a Unique drop anywhere its base item drops?
Anywhere the base item is eligible and Unique rarity can roll. That is why a Unique never shows as "no sources" just because its own name is missing from a region table.
What is the best region to farm an item?
The page ranks sources by rule, not by an invented score: a guaranteed source beats a random one, and repeatable beats first-clear. Among regions, pool size alone cannot prove better odds.
Why does a region not show my Unique by name?
Region pools store base items. The Unique appears as a possible transform of its base item, which the Region view lists separately as Unique gear potentially obtainable.
Why did a dungeon drop something from another region?
Dungeon and Rift loot tables are not confirmed against regional pools in our data, so this tool does not apply regional eligibility to them. We keep the confirmed regional rule and mark the rest as unknown.
Are quest rewards repeatable?
Some are and some are not. Rewards marked First clear are one-time awards; rewards marked Repeatable can be earned again. Unknown means the data does not close it.
Can talismans drop randomly?
The recorded talismans come from quest, secret or guaranteed sources rather than from the normal regional gear pool, so do not farm a region expecting a specific talisman.
Why do you not show an exact item drop chance?
The per-item weight inside a region pool is not recovered, so a percentage would be fabricated. This page reports eligibility; the Drop Odds page handles the rarity layer that the data does support.
