Tier Progression

Defeating an enemy has a 20% chance to create a Regenerating well for allies.
- Tier II
Defeating an enemy has a 35% chance to create a Regenerating well for allies.

Defeating an enemy has a 50% chance to create a Regenerating well for allies.
Tier upgrades raise values such as damage, duration, count or chance. They are upgrade levels, not rarity colors.
