I should have it. Why is it missing?

Work down this entitlement path before assuming the reward is gone.

  1. 1Do you own the Deluxe Edition?
  2. 2Is that ownership recognised on the correct account?
  3. 3Are you on the right account and platform?
  4. 4Have you launched Minecraft Dungeons II?
  5. 5Then check the cosmetic entitlement. Minecraft Java and Bedrock intentionally do not show it.
