What does this armor do?
Armor has three separate effect layers. Keep them apart before you keep, reroll or enchant a piece.
Fixed Unique effect
Part of the Unique piece itself. It is not rolled and it is not a Gear Effect.
Random Gear Effects
Rolled when the piece drops. These are the effects the Blacksmith can reroll.
Enchantments
Added later through the Enchantsmith, not part of the drop.
Fixed Unique effect
Grants a 25% chance to deflect enemy projectiles.
A Unique's fixed effect is its identity. It is kept separate from rollable Gear Effects.
Random Effects it can roll
