How to unlock it
Equip any one item that matches the requirement. It only needs to be worn once, it does not need to stay on.
Linked entities
No single entity owns this one. It unlocks through normal progression.
Where to complete it
Efficient route
Get a matching piece from a drop, a chest or a merchant, then equip it from your inventory.
Common reasons it doesn't unlock
Having the item in your bag is not enough. Equipping it is the trigger, so put it in a weapon or armor slot.
Next step
